The primary focus of our science engagement is education outreach with secondary schools in the Ba-Phalaborwa area. We regularly host science camps, school-based projects, educator workshops and webinars with the aim of:
creating awareness of environmental issues amongst learners, educators and the general public;
Improving the teaching of science at the secondary school level;
Encouraging learners to follow careers in the environmental sciences
